Eat More Ramen, Ramen Variety & choices
I just got back from another trip to Giant Eagle. Along with the Nongshim Shin Ramyun I found a new kind to try, it’s simply labeled Hot & Spicy!, Bowl Noodle Soup. What I find most fascinating about this style is it’s easy enough to pull the lid back, pour in boiling hot water & dried shitacki mushrooms, & let it sit for about 10 minutes until it’s done. It really is an effortless meal. Ok, so maybe throw on a chopped egg.
As you can see from the image to the left, I have also picked up some Simply Asia noodle bowls. Though these are not Ramen, they prepare very much the same. Empty, Empty, Empty, add boiling water, cover, wait, enjoy. In less than 10 minutes I’m enjoying a hot cup (or bowl) of noodles.
